What is on the program?
The first day includes discussions of national clinical research and genomics programs, regulation and the use of evidence in the health system.
The second day covers topics including access to innovation, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics and equity. The program also addresses challenges related to aging and a range of health conditions.
For nursing researchers and professionals, the event offers an opportunity to follow discussions about the links between scientific research, the organization of research activities and the use of evidence in the SUS.
Registration deadline: the official pages give different dates
The Even3 registration page shows November 13, 2026 for both in-person and online participation. The Ministry of Health announcement, however, gives a deadline of November 18.
Because the official sources disagree, we recommend registering by November 13, 2026, the date shown on the registration page, and checking availability directly on the platform. If needed, contact the organizers at fipclin.genbr@saude.gov.br.
How to attend in person
Register through the event’s official Even3 page. In-person places are limited, and attendance is subject to confirmation by email. Keep this in mind before arranging travel or accommodation.
The address provided is San Marco Hotel, SHS, Quadra 05, Bloco C, Asa Sul, Brasília.
How to watch online and access recordings
The event FAQ states that parts of the program will be streamed live on the DATASUS YouTube channel, including the opening, lectures, roundtable discussions and closing. Registration is not required simply to watch the broadcast.
The organizers also state that recordings will be available on the event website for up to a year after the event. This gives those interested a way to revisit the discussions later.
Will certificates be available?
Yes. The organizers’ FAQ confirms that certificates will be issued to in-person participants, online participants and speakers.
The information reviewed does not specify the number of hours credited on the certificate, attendance requirements or how online participation will be recorded. If you want a certificate, register and confirm these details with the organizers. Watching the broadcast without registering, or viewing a recording later, should not be taken as a guarantee of certification.
